The phrase FAT TUESDAY comes from the French words "Mardi Gras" which have, over many decades even centuries, become synonymous with the celebration of life and abundance. It is from this spiritual place of giving thanks that we move forward into a new era of accepting ones self and those around us without judgement but with love and compassion.
On Tuesday 21st February 2012 we have a rare opportunity whereby the date itself aligns with the Laws of Reflection for the last time this century, bringing to the fore the difficulties we face everyday accepting who we are for who we are, instead of the labels we have, as a society built for ourselves and the psychological limitations those labels ultimately place upon us as individuals and as the population as a whole.
